Terms of service

These terms govern your access to and use of renpet-research.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from Renpet Research (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or institution acquiring materials for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws and institutional policies applicable to you.

2. Nature of the products

All products are reference-grade research compounds supplied strictly for in-vitro research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. They are not intended for, and may not be used for, human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any therapeutic purpose. No statement on the Site has been evaluated by any regulatory authority.

3. Permitted use

You may purchase products solely for lawful laboratory research conducted by qualified personnel under appropriate controls. You are responsible for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of all materials in accordance with applicable safety standards.

4. Prohibited use

You may not resell, relabel, or redistribute products for human or animal use; administer them to humans or animals; or use the Site to make any representation that the products are fit for such use. You may not access the Site from, or import products into, any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect a violation of these terms or applicable law.

6. Certificates of analysis

Each batch is supplied with a certificate of analysis describing the analytical results for that batch. Certificates describe the tested material only and are not a representation of fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the products and Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from misuse of the products, including any use outside controlled in-vitro research. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
