What does “reference-grade research compound” mean?
Material synthesized and tested to a published HPLC purity threshold, suitable for use as a reference standard in in-vitro assays. It is supplied for laboratory research only — not for human or veterinary consumption.
Are these products for human or veterinary use?
No. Everything we supply is for in-vitro research use only and is not approved for, or sold for, any human or veterinary use.
How do I verify the batch I received?
Each vial carries a printed batch number. Enter it in the COA archiveto pull that batch’s certificate of analysis — no account required.
What is on the certificate of analysis?
Per-batch HPLC purity and retention time, mass-spec identity confirmation, water content (Karl Fischer), and counter-ion content. See our methodology for how each is measured.
How is purity determined?
Reverse-phase HPLC with UV detection at 220 nm, integrated to an area threshold, with accurate-mass identity by ESI-Q-TOF before purity is signed off. Random batches are re-tested at an external ISO 17025 lab. Details on the quality page.
How should I store the product?
Lyophilized vials keep cold, dry, and dark; reconstituted stock is stored chilled or frozen and aliquoted to avoid freeze–thaw. See the storage & handling reference and the per-batch COA for specifics.
Which payment methods do you accept, and why crypto?
Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT/USDC). Mainstream processors exclude research-compound merchants, so crypto rails settle directly without periodic underwriting review — and we pass the lower fees back as a 10% discount.
Where do you ship, and are any destinations restricted?
Most of the world. Destinations where peptide imports are tightly controlled are blocked — the restricted-country check runs in real time on the checkout shipping step. See the shipping policy.
What is your return policy?
See the returns policy. Because these are sensitive research materials, returns are limited — contact support@renpet-research.com with your batch number if there is an issue with an order.
