Processing

Paid orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Pre-orders ship when the next batch passes quality control.

Packaging

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for transit and are shipped in protective, discreet packaging. Cold-chain packaging with gel packs is available on request for temperature-sensitive items.

Transit times

Estimated delivery is approximately 5–9 business days depending on destination and customs. Tracking is provided by email once your order ships. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Destinations and customs

We ship to most jurisdictions. Some destinations are restricted where the import of research compounds is tightly controlled; restricted countries are blocked at checkout. You are the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring import is lawful in your jurisdiction and for any duties or taxes levied on import.

Lost or damaged shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you on a replacement or resolution.
