Quality guarantee

Every batch ships with a certificate of analysis. If a product does not match its certificate, or arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns of opened or used material

For safety and integrity reasons, opened vials and reconstituted material cannot be returned. Sealed, unopened vials in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection; cold-chain integrity must be intact.

How to start a return

Email support@renpet-research.comwith your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Do not ship anything back before receiving authorisation.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Crypto payments are refunded in the equivalent amount of the original cryptocurrency at the time of refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the order ships.
