This notice explains what personal data Renpet Research collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to renpet-research.com and our order process.

1. Data we collect

Account data — name, email address, and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). Order data — shipping address, order contents, and payment status. Compliance data — your research-use attestation and the date it was given. Technical data — IP address and basic request metadata used for security and rate-limiting.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account, process and ship orders, provide certificates of analysis, prevent fraud and abuse, meet our legal and compliance obligations, and — only if you opt in — send you a launch or restock notification.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment credentials on our servers. Crypto transactions are settled on-chain through our payment provider.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the store (hosting, email, payments, shipping) and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and compliance purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and operate the site. We do not use advertising trackers.
