Description
Synthetic 44-residue analog of human growth hormone-releasing hormone bearing an N-terminal trans-3-hexenoyl group that increases peptide stability. Used in vitro as a reference compound in GHRH receptor binding and cAMP accumulation assays in pituitary cell-line model systems. Supplied as a lyophilized acetate salt.
Storage and stability
Store lyophilized powder at −20 °C, desiccated and protected from light. Stable for 24 months.
