Description
Small-molecule benzohydrazide derivative that acts as a pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, ERRβ, ERRγ). Used in vitro as a tool compound in mitochondrial respiration and oxidative-metabolism gene-expression assay model systems in skeletal muscle cell lines. Supplied as a lyophilized solid.
