Description
Polyethylene-glycol-conjugated form of the 24-residue mechano-growth factor E-domain peptide derived from the IGF-1Ec splice variant, with PEGylation conferring increased aqueous solubility and resistance to proteolysis. Used in vitro as a reference compound in myoblast proliferation and muscle progenitor cell assay model systems. Supplied as a lyophilized acetate salt.
Storage and stability
Store lyophilized powder at −20 °C, desiccated and protected from light. Stable for 24 months.
