Description
Small-molecule dinucleotide coenzyme consisting of adenine and nicotinamide nucleotides joined through their phosphate groups. Used in vitro as a reference compound in redox-dependent enzyme activity and sirtuin assays in cell-free and cell-line model systems. Supplied as a buffered solution in a choice of fill volumes.
Storage and stability
Store solution at −20 °C, protected from light; avoid repeated freeze-thaw. Stable for 12 months.
