Description
24-residue peptide corresponding to the unique C-terminal E-domain of the IGF-1Ec (mechano-growth factor) splice variant of insulin-like growth factor 1. Used in vitro as a reference compound in myoblast proliferation and muscle progenitor cell assay model systems. Supplied as a lyophilized acetate salt.
Storage and stability
Store lyophilized powder at −20 °C, desiccated and protected from light. Stable for 24 months.
