Description
Heterodimeric glycoprotein hormone consisting of non-covalently associated α- and β-subunits bearing N- and O-linked glycans. Used in vitro as a reference compound in LH/CG receptor binding and cAMP accumulation assays in transfected cell-line model systems. Supplied as a lyophilized powder.
Storage and stability
Store lyophilized powder at −20 °C, desiccated and protected from light. Stable for 24 months.
