Description
Recombinant human follistatin-344, a 344-residue secreted glycoprotein containing an N-terminal domain and three follistatin domains that bind members of the TGF-β superfamily including activin and myostatin. Used in vitro as a reference compound in activin neutralization and myostatin-binding assay model systems. Supplied as a lyophilized solid at 95% purity.
