Description
Modified 16-residue analog of the C-terminal fragment of human growth hormone, carrying an added N-terminal tyrosine and an intramolecular disulfide bridge. Used in vitro as a reference compound in lipolysis and lipogenic gene-expression assays in adipocyte cell-line model systems. Supplied as a lyophilized acetate salt.
Storage and stability
Store lyophilized powder at −20 °C, desiccated and protected from light. Stable for 24 months.
