Description
Recombinant dimeric fusion protein joining the extracellular ligand-binding domain of human activin receptor type IIB (ACVR2B) to a human IgG1 Fc region, functioning as a soluble decoy receptor for TGF-β superfamily ligands. Used in vitro as a reference compound in myostatin and activin ligand-trap binding assay model systems. Supplied as a lyophilized solid at 95% purity.
Storage and stability
Store lyophilized powder at −20 °C, desiccated and protected from light. Stable for 24 months.
